CAMPAIGN PERIOD

This promotion is valid from 2nd of December 2025 to 7th of December 2025.

ELIGIBILITY

Offer applies to all customers purchasing through the official online store https://www.stsisters.eu only. No minimum purchase amount unless specified.

DISCOUNT DETAILS

Customers receive 15% off total order during the campaign period. Discount applies automatically at checkout, using code ST15%OFF. Discount cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

EXCLUSIONS

Gift cards, shipping fees or clearance items are excluded unless otherwise noted. Promotion does not apply to custom or special-order items (optional).

USAGE LIMIT

Discount is valid for unlimited use during the promotional period. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

PLACING AN ORDER

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.

You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). LEPP STUDIO OÜ assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND RETURNS

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded the amount of your order (the amount the customer paid for) to their account the order originally was paid from. If you wish to cancel your order please email us: info@stsisters.eu

If an item purchased with the promotional discount is returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid. Example: small candle price is 10 €. With 15% off, the customer pays: 8.50 € for the small candle. If a customer decides to return the candle, the refund will be 8.50 €, not 10 €.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Orders placed before or after the campaign period are not eligible for adjustment.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns. Return shipping is only covered by us in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees are refunded only if the product is faulty/wrong item.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Standard shipping times and rates apply (EU only). Delays caused by carriers or external factors are not the responsibility of the store.

STORE RIGHTS AND MODIFICATIONS

The store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may void the offer.
